Janie L. Schleifke

Janie L. Schleifke, 58, West Reading, died of natural causes June 5 in Reading Hospital, where she had been a patient since May 30.

Born in West Reading, she was a daughter of the late Reinhold and Mildred (Sterger) Schleifke.

Schleifke was last employed by Encompass Insurance, Reading, until her retirement.

She was a 1991 graduate of Albright College.

There are no immediate survivors.

Graveside services will be private in Aulenbach's Cemetery, Mount Penn. Edward J. Kuhn Funeral Home Inc., West Reading, is in charge of arrangements.
