Janice S. Miller

Janice S. Miller-Firestone, 93, of Wyomissing, passed away on Wednesday, January 4, 2023, in the care of Reading Hospital. Janice was the widow of Marlin L. Miller and later the widow of Wayne R. Firestone.

Born in Palmyra to the late Miles T. and Ethel B. (Baum) Shuey, Janice graduated from Palmyra High School, Class of 1947. She retired in 2004 as a supervisor from the Vanity Fair outlet.

She was a member of Atonement Lutheran Church.

A gifted viola player, Janice was a member of the Berks Encore Orchestra and the Reading PhilHarmonic Orchestra.

In lieu of flowers, contributions in Janice's memory may be offered to Opportunity House, 430 N 2nd St, Reading, PA 19601.

At Janice's request, she will be inurned privately at Atonement Church. Edward J. Kuhn Funeral Home, Inc, is entrusted with arrangements. Condolences may be expressed at kuhnfuneralhomes.com.
