Janice L. Hossler

Janice L. (De Angelo) Hossler, 72, of Exeter Township, passed away November 7, 2016, in the Reading Hospital.

She was the loving wife of Dana Hossler. They married on July 6, 1968.

Born in Philadelphia, she was the daughter of the late Vincent and Angeline (Visalli) DeAngelo.

Janice was a graduate of Wilson High School and The Johns Hopkins School of Radiology.

She was employed by the The Johns Hopkins Hospital as a nuclear medicine technologist and by the The Reading Diagnostic Clinic as a medical secretary.

Janice was a member of St. Catharine of Siena Church, Mt. Penn.

Her family and faith were most important to her. In her spare time, she loved quilting and spending time with her quilter friends in the area.

In addition to her husband, she is survived by two children: Angela M. (Hossler) Venezia, Skippack, PA; and Roy A. Hossler, Gladwyne, PA; and two brothers: Ralph, husband of Anita DeAngelo; and Vincent, Jr., husband of Christine DeAngelo. Two grandchildren: Marissa P. Venezia; and Michael J. Venezia also survive her.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Saturday at 10 a.m. in St. Catharine of Siena Chapel, 2427 Perkiomen Ave. Mt. Penn, PA 19606. Burial will be in Gethsemane Cemetery.
