Janet P. Krick Snyder

Janet P. Krick Snyder, 80 of Muhlenberg Township, passed away of natural causes on Saturday, March 14, 2009.

Born in Frocester, Gloucestershire, England, she was a daughter of the late James and Emily (Compton) Hillman.

She was employed in sales for Boscov's Department Store, Fairgrounds Square Mall, retiring in 2000.

Janet was a member of Church of the Nazarene, Muhlenberg, Township.

Survivors include her son, Robin J., husband of Yvonne Krick of Muhlenberg Township and her daughter, Kathi-Jo, wife of Marc A. Wolfe of Muhlenberg Township.

She is also survived by nine grandchildren, Christopher Krick, Joel Trievel, Danielle Delong, Damion Patton, Erin Krick, Zachary Wolfe, Kyle Patton, Adam Wolfe, and Daniel Quinn, Jr., and nine great-grandchildren, Eryka, Sophia, Sean, Marley, Elyse, Gavin, Jade, Rowan, and Jessie.

She was predeceased by her daughter, Cherry Trumpower-Quinn, wife of Daniel Quinn, Sr. of Cumru Township.

Services will be Wednesday at 11 A.M. in Walter R. Christ Funeral Home, Inc., 3300 Kutztown Road, Laureldale. Friends may call one hour before the service. Burial will be in Pleasant View Cemetery, Spring Township. Janet touched many lives with her caring, generous ways. She was a devoted mother, grandmother, and friend and will live on in our hearts and be loved and remembered always.
