James R. Minnich

James R. Minnich, 75 of Port Clinton died in his residence on June 21st. He was born in Auburn and was the son of the late Robert N. and Helen A. Yeager Minnich. James worked at Exide-Reading, PA. 44 years retiring in 2000. He is survived by 5 children: Nancy Hutyan, Bell, Florida, Bonnie wife of William Reynolds, Schuylkill Haven, and Keith husband of Tina Minnich, Orwigsburg, Brenda Minnich, Berwick and Robin Minnich, Hamburg. He is survived by 11 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren. James is also survived by 1 brother, Wilbur "Bud" Minnich, Leesport and 1 sister, Rose Bitzer, Cressona. He was predeceased by 2 sons, James and Kenneth. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday at 11:00 AM from the Burkey & Driscoll Funeral Home, Inc., 40 S. 4th St. Hamburg. A viewing will be held from 10:00 to 11:00 AM. Burial will be in Drehersville Cemetery.
