James J. McKinney, 64, passed away February 11, 2017 in his Fleetwood residence.
Born in Phoenixville, he was the son of the late Robert F., II, and Esther (Tornga) McKinney.
James worked in sales at Rockwell International and Kerotest Manufacturing.
He was predeceased by his brother, Robert F. McKinney, III.
