James O. Lewis

James Orman Lewis, 65, died July 4, 2013 in his Wernersville residence.

He was the husband of Connie Marie (Bailey) Lewis, whom he married February 4, 1987.

Born April 26, 1948 in Renova, PA, he was a son of the late Martin and Dorthy Jean (Pharis) Lewis.

He was a 1966 graduate of Bucktail High School, Renova, PA.

James was employed in chemical production for 43 years, last working with Akzol Nobel, Reading. Prior to that, he was employed with Crompton and Knowles, Birdsboro and American Color, Lock Haven and Reading.

He was a member of High Point Baptist Chapel, Geigertown, PA.

James enjoyed hunting and fishing and was a fan of Pittsburgh Steelers and Pirates.

A simple loving man, he will be missed by his friends and family.

He is also survived by his two children: Ronald and Rhonda Frank, both of Wernersville. There is also a grandson, Brenden Frank.

Other survivors include his brother, Martin lewis of North Bend, PA and his three sisters, Ruth Forney and Lana Saltzman, both of Williamsport and Marlene Lewis of Renova, PA.
