James J. Hawn, 41, formerly of Wyomissing, died May 14 in his residence in Womelsdorf.
The cause of death is under investigation.
Born in Toledo, Ohio, he was a son of Marilyn M. (Olsen) Hawn, Myrtle Beach, S.C., and the late Thomas R. Hawn.
Hawn was employed for five years as a truck driver by Savannah (Ga.) Trucking.
He is also survived by a daughter, Amanda Henderson, Birdsboro.
Other survivors include three brothers: Charles T., Park Falls, Wis.; Peter G., Minneapolis; and Thomas A., Schuylkill Haven.
There are also five sisters: Pamela K. (Hawn) Traun, Hartland, Conn.; Rebecca L. Hawn, Butternut, Wis.; Kathleen M. Hawn, Myrtle Beach; Elizabeth A. (Hawn) Steber, Nashville, Tenn.; and Theresa S. (Hawn) Kantner, Shillington.
Contributions may be made to the Caron Foundation P.O Box 150 Wernersville, Pa 19565. Memorial services will be Wednesday at 1 p.m. in the Edward J. Kuhn Funeral Home Inc., West Reading.
