James R. Frey

James R. "Jim" Frey, 55, died January 22, 2015, in his Robesonia residence.

Born in Reading, he was a son of Robert A. and Arlene M. (Kase) Frey, Colony Park.

Jim was a graduate of Central Catholic High School. He attended Penn State University and graduated from Albright College with a B.S. in Education.

He was employed over 20 years as a driver manager for Venezia Transport Service, Pottstown, last working Wednesday.

Jim was an avid Penn State Football fan.

He enjoyed reading, movies and vacationing with his family.

Jim loved his dogs.

In addition to his parents, he is survived by three siblings, Deborah A., wife of John E. Connolly, Sinking Spring; Thomas A., husband of Anita L. Frey, Lebanon; and Susan E., wife of Edwin A. Youst, Reinholds. He was very close to his seven nieces and nephews, Brian, Nicole, David, Diana, Alex, Katie and Maddie and four great-nieces and nephews, Tyler, Ben, Grace and Kaylah.

A Memorial Service will be Tuesday at 5:30 p.m. in Edward J. Kuhn Funeral Home, Inc., 739 Penn Ave., West Reading, PA 19611. Friends may call Tuesday from 4 to 5:30 p.m. in the funeral home.
