Jacquelyn A. Hasker, 86, passed away Saturday, March 10, 2018, in her Muhlenberg Township residence.

She was the wife of George M. Hasker, who she married May 15, 1951.

Born in West Reading, she was the daughter of the late Clyde L. and Cora P. (Lape) Pleam.

Jackie was a member of Alsace Lutheran Church, Reading.

She graduated from West Reading High School, and attended McCann Business School.

Jackie was employed as a secretary in the nursing office of The Reading Hospital; secretary at Albright College; secretary at Berks Title; and volunteered for many years at The Reading Hospital.

In addition to her husband, Jackie is survived by a son: Michael G., husband of Susan Hasker, and a daughter: Patricia A., wife of Paul S. Rittenhouse, Jr.. Four grandchildren, Geoffrey M. Hasker, Lauren E. Hasker, Amanda C. Rittenhouse, and Alyssa L. Rittenhouse also survive her.

Jackie was predeceased by her sister, Dorothea Brown.

A funeral service will be held Friday, March 16, 2018, at 10:30 a.m., at Kuhn Funeral Home & Crematory, Inc., 5153 Kutztown Road, Temple, PA 19560. Burial will follow in Pleasant View Cemetery. Online condolences may be recorded at www.kuhnfuneralhomes.com
