Jacque H. Moyer

Jacque H. Moyer, 87, of West Lawn, passed away on August 7th at the Reading Hospital.

He was the husband of June E. (Hahn) Moyer.

Born in Reading, he was the son of the late Edwin D. and Ruth A. (Green) Moyer.

He is a graduate of the Reading High School.

Jacque was the right of way engineer for Met-Ed for many years until he retired in 1985.

He was a U.S. Navy Veteran of World War II.

Jacque served as a recorder and he and his wife, June, were chaperons for Wilson High School Marching Band.

There will be a graveside service on Friday at 2:00 p.m. at Pleasant View Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society, 498 Bellevue Ave., Reading, Pa 19605.
