Jacob Christopher Moore

Jacob Christopher Moore, 9 week old son of Christopher Charles and Nicole Marie (Berger) Moore, died October 15, 2009 in his Lower Alsace Twp. residence.

He is survived by his sister, Hannah Elizabeth Moore, at home. Other survivors include, paternal grandparents, Charles Franklin Moore, Jr. and his wife Tammy; and JoLynn Logan; and maternal grandparents, Carolann (Lenich) Moody and Russell Berger. There are paternal great-grandmothers, Patricia Mierzejewski and Anna Boyer; and maternal great-grandparents, Thomas J. Lenich and his wife Michele; and Kathryn Feeg and her husband James; paternal great-great-grandmother, Patricia Gensmer; and maternal great-great grandmothers, Virginia Martin and Margaret Haag. Many aunts, uncles and cousins also survive Jacob.

Services will be Monday at 7 p.m. in Edward J. Kuhn Funeral Home, Inc., 739 Penn Ave. West Reading. Friends may call Monday from 5 to 7 p.m. in the funeral home.
