Jack C. Warner, 76, of Wyomissing Boulevard, Wyomissing, was dead on arrival July 9 at 3:54 p.m. in Reading Hospital.
He was the husband of Ellen O. (Orsley) Warner.
Born in Reading, he was a son of the late Russell and Hilda (Chapman) Warner.
Warner was employed for 22 years as an industrial valuation manager by Gilbert Commonwealth, Reading, retiring in 1991. He was later a self-employed consultant.
He was a 1944 graduate of West Reading High School and a 1950 graduate of Pennsylvania Military College, Chester, with a bachelor's degree in civil engineering. He also took courses at Iowa State University.
Warner was a member of Christ Episcopal Church, Reading.
He was an Army veteran of World War II.
Warner is also survived by a son, John H., Tucson, Ariz.; and three daughters: Ellen (Warner) Mogel and Ann (Warner) Keller, both of Wyomissing; and Elizabeth (Warner) Wickham, Apex, N.C.
Other survivors include a sister, Janice (Warner) Voigt, State College; and five grandchildren.
Services will be Monday at 1:30 p.m. in Edward J. Kuhn Funeral Home Inc., West Reading. Burial will be in Forest Hills Memorial Park, Reiffton.
