Jack L. Krick

Jack L. Krick, 79, of Spring Township, died June 30, 2011 in Wyomissing Nursing and Rehabilitation Center.

He was the husband of Alda A. (Prina) Krick.

Born in Wernersville, he was a son of the late Allison and Grace (Titlow) Krick.

Jack was a 1949 graduate of Wernersville High School and a 1956 graduate of Albright College.

He served as treasurer for the Santilli Oil Company, Shoemakersville.

He was an avid golfer and member of Gallen Hall. He was inducted into the Conrad Weiser Athletic Hall of Fame for the sport of baseball. He was also a member of the Reading & Berks Basketball Oldtimers Inc.

Jack was a member of Grace Lutheran Church, Reading.

He was a U.S. Navy veteran, serving during the Korea Conflict.

He is also survived by his four daughters: Donna, wife of Michael McGlinn, Wyomissing; Diane, wife of Michael Feehan, Whitfield; Jill, wife of Paul Rapley, Cary, NC and Wendy Fisher, Shillington. Seven grandchildren: Meghan, Elizabeth, Matthew, Zachery, Alex, Christopher and Carly survive him.

Jack was predeceased by his brother, Larry Krick.

A Memorial Service will be held Thursday at 11 a.m. in Grace Lutheran Church, 33 South 11th St., Reading, PA 19602. Burial will be private at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Alzheimer's Association, 237 Court St., Reading, PA 19601 or Grace Lutheran Church at the above address. Edward J.
