Iwona Madej

Iwona Madej, 43, died April 15, 2009, in her Reading home.

Born in Piotrkow, Poland, she was the daughter of Krystyna (Gratka) Masiarek, Poland, and the late Jan Masiarek.

She was a medical biller, working for Magellan Health Services and Owl Research Group.

In addition to her mother, she is survived by: her daughter, Patricia Madej, Reading; her brother, Jarek Masiarek, Poland, and her ex-husband, Peter Madej, Reading.

Iwona enjoyed the simple things in life such as reading, writing, taking walks and telling stories. She will be missed dearly.
