Irvin G. Snyder

Irvin G. Snyder Jr., 62, of Sinking Spring, passed away July 10, 2008 in Reading Hospital.

He was the husband of Gloria J. (Blankenbiller) Snyder.

Born in Ashland, he was the son of the late Irvin G. and Alma M. (Hepler) Snyder.

He was a graduate of Frackville High School in 1964. He also attended Lebanon Valley College.

Irvin attended Calvary Bible Fellowship in Sinking Spring and served a term as elder at Grace Bible Fellowship Church of Reading.

He was employed by Carpenter Technology for 39 ½ years in various positions, most recently working as a materials resource planner.

In addition to his wife he is survived by a son, Jeffrey D. Snyder; and a daughter, Karen M. Snyder who both reside at home.

Services will be Tuesday at 5:30 p.m. in Calvary Bible Fellowship Church, 4891 Penn Ave., Sinking Spring, PA 19608. Friends may call Tuesday at 3:30-5:30 p.m. at the church. Burial will be in Fairview Cemetery, Shillington at the convenience of the family.
