Irene W. Steely

Irene W. Steely, 89 of Hamburg died June 13 th in her son's residence in Upper Bern Township. Irene was the widow of Donald W. Steely who died August 14, 1973. She was born in Hamburg and was the daughter of the late Frank and Lovie (Henn) Miller. Irene was a 1946 graduate of Hamburg High School and worked for 33 years at Windsor Knitting Mill as a folder retiring in 1994. She is survived by her son Brian K. Husband of Lisa Steely, Upper Bern Township, a daughter Donna L. wife of Eugene Schaeffer, Landingville, 6 grandchildren, Jenni S., Jason and Jamie Schaeffer, Tyler Steely, Kyle Summers and Wolfgang Hafer, 5 great-grandchildren, and 2 sisters Betty Coldren, Bern Township, Nancy Adam, Shoemakersville and a brother, Robert husband of Barbara Miller, Windsor Township. 3 sisters predeceased Irene.
