Howard E. Wolf

Howard E. "Sonny" Wolf, Jr., 90 of 561 Reading Ave., West Reading died February 22nd at 3:10am in Reading Hospital and Medical Center, West Reading where he had been since Friday.

He was the husband of Dorothy E. (Deysher) Wolf.

Born in Philadelphia, Pa., he was a son of the late Howard E. Sr., and Gertrude (Geckle) Wolf.

He was employed as a full fashion knitter in various local knitting mills.

Wolf last worked for 30 years as a machinist for the former Speiger Universal now Dana Corp., before retiring in 1972.

He is also survived by a son, Paul H. Wolf Sr., of Bordentown, New Jersey.

Other survivors include two daughters, Carole A. (Wolf) Stilianos of Reading and Lois L. (Wolf) Vanino of Reading.

He is also survived by three sisters, Ruth (Wolf) Meck of Reading, Dorothy (Wolf) Burk of Reading and Florence (Wolf) Wheeler of West Reading.

There is eight grandchildren and ten great grandchildren.

Services will be Wednesday at 2:00 p.m. in Edward J. Kuhn Funeral Home, Inc., West Reading. Viewing 1:00 p.m. until time of service. Burial will be in Forest Hills Memorial Park, Exeter Township.
