Henry Rodriguez

Henry Rodriguez, 51, of Reading, passed away June 2, 2021, at the Reading Hospital.

Born in Brooklyn, NY, he was a son of Enrique and Iris (Centeno) Rodriguez.

A carpenter by trade, Henry was a self-employed contractor who loved doing what he did every single day of his life.

Henry's family was most important to him; his friendly personality, caring nature and love of his family will be greatly missed. He enjoyed fishing with his family, watching wrestling and always being innovative trying to "make something better" in everyone's home.

In addition to his parents, he is survived by seven children: Henry, Jr., Vincent, Shawn, Justina, Alisa, Alexis and Jonathan and five siblings: Betzaida, wife of Julio Irizarry, Lily Centeno, Enrique Rodriguez, husband of Marisol Alvarez and Jeovany, husband of Ashley Carabajal. Four grandchildren: Elias, Charlee, Kamryn and Mattis; nine nieces and nephews: Matthew, Justice, Jasmine, Gloria, Eric, Nicholas, Kace, Samantha and Daniel; his cousin, Efrain, Jr., husband of Catalina and many more cousins, also survive him.

A viewing will be held Sunday, June 6, 2021, from 4 to 7 p.m. and Monday, June 7, 2021, from 9 to 10 a.m. at Edward J. Kuhn Funeral Home, Inc., 739 Penn Ave., West Reading, PA 19611 with Services to follow at 10:00 a.m. at the funeral home. Burial will be at Charles Evans Cemetery.
