Henry P. Baeighkley, 80, passed away on June 9, 2024. Born in Reading, he was the son of the late Robert C. and Frances M. (Ruppert) Baeighkley. Henry was baptized at St. Margaret's in Reading and was a member of Holy Guardian Angels. Henry attended Muhlenberg High School. He worked as a professional truck driver, traveling around the country and regionally until his retirement in 2009.

He was the long-time companion of Sandy Hamaker until her passing in 2010. They began dating in 1972 and shared many wonderful years together. In his spare time, you could find Henry outside. He enjoyed camping, boating, fishing and being in the outdoors. From a teenager, Henry also had a love for motorcycles and was an avid rider. He was a member of the Reading Motorcycle Club for most of his life. He also was a member of the Deer Lake HOG (Harley Owners Group) chapter, the Northkill Rod & Gun Club and the Reading Company Booster Club.

Henry enjoyed the friendship of many. He also cherished his family and spent any time he could with them. He will be remembered for his compassionate soul, faithfulness to family and friends, sense of humor and love of animals.

Those left to cherish Henry's memory are his sister, Joan Snyder; nieces Sharon Graves and Kathleen Johnston, as well as several grandnieces and nephews, step-children: Stephanie Schlieve, Duane Hamaker, and Joseph

Hamaker and their families; Henry is predeceased by his siblings: Robert C. Baeighkley, Jr. and Elizabeth Bingaman, niece Robin Goss and nephew Robert C. Baeighkley III.

The funeral service for Henry will be held on Wednesday, June 19, 2024 at 12:30PM at Kuhn Funeral Home and Crematory, 5153 Kutztown Rd, Temple PA 19560, with burial following at Charles Evans Cemetery, Reading. Family and friends may gather from 11:00AM until the time of the service. Kuhn Funeral Home & Crematory, Inc. is honored to serve Henry's family.
