Henrietta J. Zitter

Henrietta J. "Mickey" Zitter, retired newspaper classified advertising representative, died Sept. 7 at 5:25 p.m. in Beverly Health Care, Camp Hill, Cumberland County, where she had resided since March 2, 2004.

Zitter, 86, formerly of Cumru Township, was predeceased by her husband, Adolph S. Zitter, on Jan. 7, 1984.

She was employed for 26 years as a classified advertising representative by Reading Eagle Company, retiring in 1985.

Born in Detroit, she was a daughter of the late Henry and Mary A. (Foley) Stuart.

Zitter was a member of Sacred Heart Roman Catholic Church, West Reading, where she was a past president of the Sacred Heart Society.

She was a past president of the Central Catholic High School Mother's Club, Catholic Woman's Club of Reading and Berks County and the Sencit Residents Association.

Surviving is a daughter, Gayle M. (Zitter) Carabello, Lemoyne, Cumberland County.

Other survivors include a brother, Kenneth J. Stuart, Beverly Hills, Mich.

There are also two grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

She was predeceased by a daughter, Judith A. Zitter, in 1982.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Monday at 10 a.m. in Sacred Heart Church. Burial will be in Gethsemane Cemetery, Laureldale.Contributions may be made to Sacred Heart RCC Church,Lakeview Drive & Cherry St., West Reading, PA 19611. Edward J.
