Helena A. Angstadt

Helena Amanda Angstadt, 95, died September 6, 2007 at 12:13 PM in her Laureldale residence.

Born on February 4, 1912 in Oley Township, she was a daughter of the late Harry Q. and Mamie F. (Sailer) Angstadt.

Helena was a graduate of Muhlenberg High School.

She was employed by Western Electric, Muhlenberg township as a layout operator for 24 years, retiring in 1977.

Helena was a member of Rosedale United Church of Christ, Laureldale.

She was a member and the former president of the Pioneers of AT&T, Muhlenberg Township.

Helena is survived by several nieces and nephews, including, Carol wife of Richard Shadel and Patricia A. (Keller) wife of Rev. Barry D. Noll all of Laureldale.

Graveside services will be held Monday at 10:00 AM in Laureldale Cemetery, 4631 Pottsville Pike, Muhlenberg Township, with the Rev. Richard A. Leiby officating.
