Helen B. Winkelman

Helen B. (Yaklich) Winkelman, 86, formerly of Spring Township, died May 1, 2012, in Country Meadows.

Her husband, Frederick W. Winkelman died September 2, 1995.

Born in Reading, she was a daughter of the late Anthony and Anna (Rozman) Yaklich.

She was employed as a secretary for 17 years by the former Wertz Warehouse Co., Reading, retiring in 1974.

Helen was a member of Sacred Heart Roman Catholic Church, West Reading.

She was predeceased by three brothers, Anthony, John and Joseph and two sisters, Mary Ravel and Anna Rentschler; and one nephew, Ron Ravel.

She is survived by five nieces and nephews, Jean Bingaman, Carol Smith, Maryann Bonotto, Floyd Ravel, Jr. and Barry Ravel.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Monday at 10 a.m. in Sacred Heart Church. Burial will be in Gethsemane Cemetery. Friends may call Monday from 9:30 to 10 a.m. in the church.
