Helen Marie Weber

Helen Marie Weber, 80, of Reading, passed away April 21, 2013 in The Reading Hospital and Medical Center.

Her husband, William Weber, died July 31, 2012.

Born in Bronx, NY, she was a daughter of the late Julius and Marie (Benzinger) Foss.

She liked working with the public and was employed with New York Trust Company, Baldwin Brass and Reading Airport.

Helen loved spending time with her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. She also enjoyed traveling with her husband.

She is survived by her son, George E., husband of Beverly Leek, Port Charlotte, FL; her daughter, Ann M. Gilmer, Reading; her step-son, David Weber, Oak Forest, IL and her step-daughter, Theresa E., wife of Dana Churchel, Castle Rock, WA. Also surviving is her brother, Lawrence Foss, Rabun Gap, GA. Four grandchildren: Heather Wint, Rodd Leek, David Leek, Matthew Gilmer and three great grandchildren: Christine, Jeadyn, Devin and Stetson also survive her.

She was predeceased by her brother, Joseph Foss.

A Memorial Service will be Wednesday at 10 a.m. in Edward J. Kuhn Funeral Home, Inc., 739 Penn Ave., West Reading. A visitation will be from 9 to 10 a.m. in the funeral home. Burial will be in Pleasant View Cemetery.
