Helen R. Roesch

Helen R. (Owens) Roesch, 74, of Garden Spot Village, New Holland, passed away March 20, 2008, in her residence after a short serious illness.

She was the wife of Clarence H. Roesch.

Born in Camden N.J. she was a daughter of the late Philip J. and Helen R. (Hayes) Owens.

She was a 1951 graduate of St. Leonard's Academy, Philadelphia.

Helen was a member of St. Benedict's Roman Catholic Church, Mohnton; St. Benedict's Women's Club; Prime Timers; and Knitter's Group of Garden Spot Village.

Helen was employed as a Supervisor in the credit and cash department for John Wanamaker, Berkshire Mall; a dress salesperson for the former Lit Bros, of Reading; and elementary teacher at Holy Savior School, Westmont, N.J

In addition to her husband, Helen is also survived by three daughters Kathleen M., wife of Wesley Vanaman, Chester County; Helena "Pat", wife of Michael Haller, Lititz; Maryanne C., wife of Gregory Grose, Marietta, Ohio; and six grandchildren.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Tuesday at 10:00am. in St. Benedict's Roman Catholic Church, 2020 Chestnut Hill Rd. Mohnton, PA 19540. Entombment will be in Calvary Cemetery Mausoleum, Cherry Hill, N.J. Friends may call Monday 6:00-8:00pm. in Edward J. Kuhn Funeral Home, Inc., 739 Penn Ave. West Reading, PA 19611.
