Helen H. Kring

Helen Heydt (Reidnauer) Kring, 96, of Muhlenberg Township died November 23, 2009 in Reading Hospital.

She was married to the late Edwin Elias Kring who died July 16, 1986.

Born February 9, 1913 in Barto, PA, she was a daughter of the late Harvey Herb and Elizabeth H. (Heydt) Reidnauer.

Surviving are two children, Richard H., husband of Ardell M. (Sweigart) Kring of Centre Township and Dawn L. (Kring) Hojnowski of Muhlenberg Township.

Other survivors include seven grandchildren: Delores J. (Kring) Haddock, Steve R. Kring, Sheryl R. (Kring) Lattanze, Stewart R. Kring, Robin L. (Matz) Reider, Kathy A. Matz and Teri M. (Hojnowski)Smith.

In addition, there are eight great grandchildren and seven great-great grandchildren surviving.

Helen was predeceased by two grandchildren Scott R. Kring, Kim A. (Hojnowski) Kline, three great grandchildren, six brothers and two sisters.

Services will be Friday at 10 a.m. in Walter R. Christ Funeral Home, Inc., 3300 Kutztown Road, Laureldale. A viewing will be held one hour prior to services. Burial will be in Forest Hills Memorial Park, Exeter Township.
