Helen D. Kosak

Helen D. Kosak, 84, of Alsace Road, formerly of Winter Park, Fla., died Feb. 29 at 3:30 a.m. in Reading Hospital.

Her husband, Joseph C. Kosak, died Jan. 10, 1993.

Born in Reading, she was a daughter of the late Anthony and Mary (Kolowrocki) Palka.

Surviving is a son, Joseph M., Winter Park.

Other survivors include four brothers: Matthew Palka, with whom she last resided; Thaddeus Palka, West Lawn; Edmund Palka, Shillington; and Eugene Palka, Wernersville.

There is also a grandson.

Memorial services will be Wednesday at 2 p.m. in Edward J. Kuhn Funeral Home Inc., West Reading.
