Helen Iannucci

Helen (Gay) Iannucci, 95, passed away peacefully on November 1, 2023 surrounded by her loving family. She was the widow of Alfonso Iannucci.

Born in Reading, she was the daughter of the late Walter and Frances (Liss) Gay. Helen attended Reading Catholic High School. She went on to work at American Polarizers as a Group Leader, where she oversaw manufacturing of optical filters. Helen was a member of St. Peter's Roman Catholic Church. She enjoyed finding the right card to send with a sweet message, spending time in her garden, cooking, and curling up with a good book. Above all, she most enjoyed spending time with her family.

Left to treasure Helen's memory are her children, Linda Kennedy, of Reading, and Frank (Brenda) Iannucci, of Roulette, PA; three grandchildren, and six great grandchildren. She was predeceased by her daughter, Judy Iannucci, and siblings: Adam, Irene, Michael, Marcella, Eleanor and Sophie.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Tuesday, November 7, 2023 at 10:30 a.m. in the Chapel of Resurrection at Gethsemane Cemetery, Reading, with burial to follow. A viewing will be held from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m. at the Edward J. Kuhn Funeral Home, West Reading. Edward J. Kuhn Funeral Home Inc, West Reading is in charge of arrangements.
