Helen M. Hopp, 90, formerly of Sinking Spring, died June 6 at 11:02 a.m. in Reading Hospital, shortly after being admitted.
She was taken to the hospital from Country Meadows of Wyomissing.
She was the wife of Paul A. Hopp, also a resident at Country Meadows.
Born in Reading, she was a daughter of the late Harry E. and Esther M. (White) Kirschman.
Hopp was a member of St. John's Lutheran Church, Sinking Spring.
She was a past president, secretary and treasurer of the ladies auxiliary of the Veterans of Foreign Wars 6150, Sinking Spring.
Hopp is also survived by a daughter, Judith A. (Hopp) Sabol, Temple.
Other survivors include a brother, Raymond A. Kirschman, Lincoln Park; and a sister, Elizabeth M. Kirschman, Wernersville.
There are also two grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
Services will be Thursday at 11 a.m. in Edward J. Kuhn Funeral Home Inc., West Reading. Burial will be in Charles Evans Cemetery.
