Helen M. Hoffman

Helen Mae (Gussman) Hoffman, 83, of Wyomissing, died June 2, 2009 at 5:35 p.m. in the Highlands at Wyomissing.

Her husband, Stewart Claire Hoffman, died August 22, 1981.

Born February 2, 1926 in Berks County, she was a daughter of the late Franklin and Helen (Christman) Gussman.

Helen was a 1943 graduate of West Reading High School.

She was a member of Bethany Lutheran Church, West Reading.

Surviving is a son, Brian James, husband of Jeanette (Ramulis) Hoffman of Bensalem, Bucks County.

Services will be Saturday at 11 a.m. in Edward J. Kuhn Funeral Home, 739 Penn Avenue, West Reading. A viewing will be held one hour prior to services. Burial will be in Laureldale Cemetery, Muhlenberg Township.
