Helen I. Hill

Helen I. Hill, 98 formerly of Windsor Township died January 28th in the Laurel Center, Tilden Township where she had resided the past 16 years. She was the widow of the late Luther J. Hill who died September 29, 1972. Helen was born in Centre Township and was the daughter of the late Thomas W. and Emma M. (Bagenstose) Wagner. She worked as a machine operator for the former Hamburg Knitting Mill retiring in 1979. She was a member of St. Michaels Church, Tilden Township. She was a former member of the choir and altar guild, and a former member of the Hamburg Senior Citizens. She is survived by one brother, Lawrence H. Wagner of Leesport. She was predeceased by four sisters and three brothers. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday at 11: 30 AM from the Burkey & Driscoll Funeral Home, Inc., 40 S. 4th St. Hamburg, PA. A viewing will be held from 10:30 to 11:30 AM. Burial will be in St. Michaels Cemetery.
