Helen M. (Reppert) Feick, 103, formerly of 395 Pine Street, West Reading, died February 12th in her daughter's residence, Sharon E. Feick of Lower Heidelberg Township.

She was the widow of William M., who died March 3, 1993.

Born in Earl Township, she was a daughter of the late Mahlon and Lilah (Holder) Reppert.

She was a graduate of Oley High School and the Jewish Hospital of Philadelphia.

Feick was the owner of Feick's Catering for 20 years until her retirement in 1985.

She previously worked as a nurse in private duty for a number of years, a seamer for Berkshire Knitting Mills and Rosedale Knitting Mills.

Feick also was a waitress for the Wyomissing Club, Reading for a number of years.

She was the oldest member of the Reading Hospital auxiliary, St. Joseph's Hospital auxiliary and the Community General Hospital auxiliary.

Feick was a member of St. Mark's United Church of Christ, Reading, where she volunteered for 78 years.

She also volunteered a number of years at all Reading Hospitals and Berks Heim, Bern Township.

Feick was also a volunteer and knitter for Life Line of Reading.

She was also survived by another daughter, Shirley A. (Feick) Moore of Warrington, Bucks County.

There are eight grandchildren and six great grandchildren.

Feick was predeceased by a son, William R. Feick, who died 2004.

Services will be Friday at 10:00 am in the Edward J. Kuhn Funeral Home, Inc., West Reading. Burial will be in Oley Cemetery, Spangsville. Contributions may be made to Easter Seals 1040 Liggett Avenue, Reading, Pa 19601 or Children's Home 1010 Centre Avenue, Reading, Pa 19601.
