Helen Michele Barry

Helen M Barry, 90, passed away peacefully on September 8, 2014, at St. Joseph Medical Center, Reading, PA, after a short illness.

Born in Akron, Ohio, she was the youngest daughter of the late Michael Maluke, Sr. and Suzanne (Chvasta) Maluke. She was a lifelong resident of Akron until 2012 when she relocated to Blandon, PA to be closer to her daughter.

Helen was preceded in death by her husband, John P Barry, as well as four brothers and three sisters.

Survivors include her daughter, Debra Barnett (James) of Fleetwood, PA; granddaughter, Caitlin Barnett of Elkins Park, PA; and many nieces and nephews.

A Memorial Service will be held Friday, September 26 at 11:00 a.m. in Rose Hill Cemetery in Fairlawn.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests a donation to a favorite charity.
