Harvey Charles Leidich

Harvey C. Leidich of Sinking Spring, PA, formerly of Wyomissing, PA, passed away April 21, 2013 in Berks Heim. Eighty-seven (87) years of age. Loving husband, father, grandfather and brother.

Predeceased by his parents, Adam D. Leidich and Elizabeth Rine Leidich, and sisters Jean Aikens and Louise Gehres.

Survived by: His wife of 68 years, Ruth M. Leidich, three daughers, one son, and two granddaughters: Linda R. Bobst and husband Samuel, Barbara J. Klaiber and partner Susan Bailey, Glenn A. Leidich and wife Terri, and Stacy B. Killinger and husband Patrick; and granddaughters Chelsea R. Killinger and Abby C. Killinger.

Also survived by a sister, Catherine A. Smith, and a brother, Adam D. Leidich.

Harvey was a graduate of Tremont H.S. and Wyomissing Polytechnic Institute, and a U.S. Navy veteran. He retired from Rockwell International, formerly Textile Machine Works, with 38 years of service.

Harvey was a sports fan of the Phillies and Eagles. He was also a 50 year member of Isaac Hiester Masonic Lodge #660.

He was a member of Atonement Lutheran Church. In his memory, donations may be sent to the church office at 5 Wyomissing Blvd, Wyomissing, PA 19610.
