Harry J. Nigrelli

Harry J. Nigrelli, 76, of Reading, passed away June 23, 2008, in Reading Hospital.

Born in Reading, he was a son of the late Anthony and Maria (Gogluizza) Nigrelli.

Harry was employed by the City of Reading Water Bureau for 25 years as a foreman retiring in 1988.

He was a member of Holy Rosary Roman Catholic Church.

Harry was a veteran of the US Marines.

He is survived by six sisters, Carmella Nigrelli, with whom he resided; Josephine, wife of Frank Janiszewski, Wyomissing; Minnie, wife of Michael Perate, Wyomissing; Marie, wife of Philip Stallone, Wyomissing; Pauline Oros, Shillington and Rose, wife of Michael Potojecki, Danville, VA.

Eighteen nephews and nieces also survive him.

Harry is predeceased by two sisters, Julia Caruso and Anna Kozolowski.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Friday at 9:30 a.m. in Holy Rosary Roman Catholic Church, 237 Franklin Street., Reading, PA 19602. Burial will be in Gethsemane Cemetery. Friends may call Friday 8:00 to 9:00 a.m. in the Edward J. Kuhn Funeral Home, Inc., 739 Penn Ave., West Reading, PA 19611.
