Harry J. Kramer

Harry Jacob Kramer, Jr., 92, of 4 Shakespeare Drive, Spring Township, died July 28th at 12:10 am in the Reading Hospital where he had been for one day. He was the widower of Florence M. (Ziemecki) Kramer, who died March 22, 1999.

Born in Reading, he was a son of the late Harry J. Sr., and Ida (Haberacker) Kramer.

He was a member of St. John the Baptist de La Salle Roman Catholic Church, Shillington.

Kramer worked for 25 years as a full fashion knitter at Berkshire Knitting Mills, Wyomissing.

He last worked for 20 years as a machine operator at North American Rockwell, Wyomissing, before retiring in 1977.

Kramer is survived by a daughter, Jeanne (Kramer) Mateuszow of Cumru Township and a son, Michael J. Kramer of Spring Township.

Other survivors include six grandchildren and one great grandson.

Prayer services will be Saturday at 11:00 am in Edward J. Kuhn Funeral Home, Inc., West Reading. Rev. David Gillis celebrating. Viewing Saturday 10:00 am until time of service. Burial will be in Gethsemane Cemetery, Muhlenberg Township.
