Harry J. Lionti

Harry John Lionti, 75, of 51 Wesleyan Drive, (Kenhorst Boro), Shillington, Pa 19607, was pronounced dead on arrival at 12:38 am in the Emergency Room in Reading Hospital and Medical Center.

He was the husband of Mary Grace (Elmo) Lionti, married October 31, 1953.

Born in Reading, he was a son of the late Joseph and Lucy (Tomeo) Lionti.

He worked for a number of years as a draftsman at Gilberts Associates until his retirement.

Lionti was a member of St. John's the Baptist de La Salle Church, Shillington.

He was a Navy Veteran of WWII.

Lionti was a life member at Liberty Fire Company, Reading, Kenhorst Fire Company and Kutztown Fire Company.

He is also survived by two daughters, LuAnn (Lionti) wife of John Epler of Northeast, Maryland and Susan (Lionti) wife of David Reitz of Lower Heidelberg Township.

Other survivors include three sons, Joseph M. husband of Susan Lionti of Bernville, David M. husband of Kelly Lionti of Mohnton and Mark A. Lionti of Millmont.

There are seven grandchildren.

Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Wednesday at 10:00 am in St. John's R.C. Church, 420 Holland Street, Shillington, Pa 19607. Viewing Wednesday 8:30 - 9:30 am in the Edward J. Kuhn Funeral Home, Inc., West Reading. Entombment in Gethsemane Mausoleum, Muhlenberg Township. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to the church at the above address.
