Harold J. Purvis, 90, resident of Keystone Villa, passed away on March 21, 2015, at the Reading Hospital.
He was predeceased by first wife, Margaret M. (Duff) Purvis, and second wife, Rose (Iezzi) Purvis.
Harold was a proud U.S. Army veteran, D-Day survivor, and lifetime member of the VFW.
After serving as an army engineer in WWII, he graduated from Temple University and went on to spend 20 years as a Vocational Arts teacher at Claymont High School in Delaware.
He is survived and lovingly remembered by daughter, Jean Hermanovich, of Avalon, NJ, grandchildren, Mark Hermanovich, Esq., his wife Lisa Hermanovich, Marisa Hermanovich Esq., and Greg Hermanovich, and great granddaughters Olivia and Cecelia Hermanovich.
