Harold F. Kalbach, 92, died March 15, 2008 in Elmcroft Personal Care Center, formerly Outlook Point.
His wife, Annie Kalbach, died in January 5, 1997.
Born in Reading, he was the son of the late John and Carrie E. (Dampman) Kalbach.
He was a veteran of the U.S. Army, serving during World War II, earning a purple heart.
Harold was first employed by Berkshire Knitting Mills, later by American Chain and Cable and finally by AT&T until his retirement.
He was a member of Hope Lutheran Church, Reading.
Harold is survived by his sister-in-law, Florence E. Drumheller, Exeter Twp.; three nephews, Raymond Strunk, Robert J. Drumheller and David D. Drumheller; and two nieces, Kim E. Drumheller and Sue A. Drumheller.
Services will be Thursday at 2 p.m. in Edward J. Kuhn Funeral Home, Inc., West Reading. Burial will be in Alsace Cemetery. Friends may call one hour before the service. Online condolences may be recorded at www.kuhnfuneralhome.com
