Gregory Scott Gaspari

Gregory Scott Gaspari, 55, of Simpsonville, South Carolina, died January 7, 2015 at Greenville Memorial Hospital.

He was the loving husband of Mary (Walsh) Gaspari to whom he was married for 35 years.

Born on February 3, 1959, Greg was the son of Gino and Brenda (Hamaker) Gaspari of Wyomissing, PA.

He was a manager at Michelin Tire Company since 2013. Prior to this position, he was employed as a manager at Energizer of Dover, DE.

A graduate of Holy Name High School of Reading, PA, Greg attended Allentown College of St. Francis DeSales.

Always spreading laughter, he was an enthusiastic Notre Dame football fan, a life-long Eagles fan, a generous friend, and a devoted father and grandfather.

In addition to his wife and parents, Greg is survived by a son, William Gaspari, and his wife, Heather, and Greg's granddaughter, Olivia, of Brooklyn, NY; daughter, Emily, of Dover, DE; sister, LeeAnne Fura, and husband, Kevin, of Allentown, PA; brother, Mark Gaspari, and his wife, Amy, of Wyomissing, PA; brother, Paul Gaspari, and his wife, Lauren, of Wynnewood, PA; sister-in-law, Elizabeth Berman, and her husband Michael, of Haddonfield, NJ; and nieces and nephews: Regina, Daniel, Audrey, Pietro, Elizabeth, Gino, Samantha, Serafina, and Mary.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Monday at 12 p.m. in Sacred Heart R.C. Church, West Reading. Burial will be in Gethsemane Cemetery.
