Grace R. Greth

Grace Ritter (Larkin) Greth, 74, of 4836 5th Avenue, (Muhlenberg Township) Temple, Pa 19560, died February 11th at 3:40 pm in The Reading Hospital and Medical Center where she had been since February 3rd.

She was the widow of Harold R. who died May 5, 1986.

Born in Oley Township, she was a daughter of the late Russell S. and Verna B. (Ritter) Larkin.

She worked for a number of years at Myers Canning, Muhlenberg Township until her retirement.

Greth was a 1947 graduate of Muhlenberg High School.

She is survived by two daughters, Bonnie E. (Greth) wife of Robert L. Coller of Temple and Nancy L. (Greth) wife of Steven J. Valeriano of Bernville.

Greth is also survived by three sons, Dennis E. husband of Sally (DeLong) Greth of Dauberville; David A. husband of Sandra (Boeshore) Greth of Statesville, North Carolina and Darrell R. husband of Sue (Mulholland) Greth of Laureldale.

Other survivors include two sisters, Erma (Larkin) widow of Alvin Gerberich and Evelyn (Larkin) widow of Paul Martin, both of Bernville.

There are nine grandchildren and four great grandchildren.

Services will be private at the convenience of the family. Rev. Richard Leiby officiating. Burial will be in Laureldale Cemetery, Muhlenberg Township. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to the Humane Society, 1801 North 11th Street, Reading, Pa 19604. Walter R. Christ Funeral Home, Inc., Laureldale is in charge of arrangements.
