Gloria Anna English

Gloria Anna English, 85, passed away August 9, 2014 in ManorCare Sinking Spring.

Her husband, Stanley James English, died September 24, 1962.

Born June 16, 1929 in Allentown, she was a daughter of the late George Lewis and Elsie Viola (Gerhart) Levengood.

She worked as a floral arranger, retiring in 2004.

Gloria became a widow when she was only 33; she persevered throughout her hardships and was a loving, caring mother and a wonderful homemaker. She will be missed.

She is survived by her two children: Stanley J. Jr., husband of Lori A. English, Sinking Spring; and Corrine Santoro, Gilbert, AZ. Also surviving are her three grandchildren: Stanley J. English, III; Nicole English; and Doriana Santoro.

Gloria was predeceased by her sister, Majorie Godfrey.
