Glenn A. Orrs

Glenn A. Orrs Jr., 61, of Palm City Park, Annville, Lebanon County, died of natural causes Dec. 28 in Hershey Medical Center, where he had been a patient one day.

He was the husband of Sharon L. (Rose) Orrs.

Born in Thomaston, Maine, he was a son of the late Glenn A. Orrs Sr. and Evelyn (Barter) Orrs.

Orrs was employed for several years by Hulman's Restaurant, Palmyra, Lebanon County.

He was a Navy veteran of the Vietnam War.

Orrs is also survived by a son, John G. Orrs, Gettysburg; and three daughters: April M. Orrs, Reading; and Sharon and Lisa Orrs, both of Hartford, Conn.

Other survivors include a stepdaughter, Janice (Yerger) Whitmeyer, Cumru Township; and three stepsons: Brian Yerger, in Minnesota.; Christopher Yerger, Reading; and Michael Yerger, Pottstown.

There are also a sister, Bernice (Orrs) Davis, Thomaston; a grandchild and five stepgrandchildren.

Services will be private. Edward J. Kuhn Funeral Home Inc., West Reading, is in charge of arrangements.
