Gertrude A. Huhn

Gertrude A. Huhn, 92, died August 20, 2009 in her Ruscombmanor residence.

Her husband, Matthias Huhn, died June 17, 1971.

Born in New York, she was a daughter of the late Axel and Matilda (Ostman) Lithen.

She worked in domestic relations for a number of years.

Gertrude was a member of Calvary Baptist Church, Reading.

She is survived by three sons, Richard P., husband of Shirley M., Amity Twp.; Daniel M., husband of Kathy L., Culver, IN and John A., husband of Susan E., Ruscombmanor Twp. Six grandchildren, Todd, Tammy, Andrew, Jon, Kevin and Julie; and ten great-grandchildren also survive her.

Services will be Monday at 11 a.m. in Calvary Baptist Church, 510 Park Avenue, Reading, PA 19611. Burial will be in Spies-Zion Cemetery. Friends may call Sunday from 7 to 8 p.m. in Edward J. Kuhn Funeral Home, Inc., West Reading and Monday from 10 to 11 a.m. in the church.
