Gertrude V. Haas

Gertrude V. Haas, 84 of Lenhartsville died March 13, 2018 in her residence surrounded by her loving family. Gert was the widow of Edward R. Haas who died December 21, 2009. She was born in Hilltown Township, (Bucks County), PA. and was the daughter of the late William H. Lewis, JR and Viola A. (Moyer) Lewis. Gert was a 1951 graduate of Hilltown High School. She was an Associate Realty Broker for Century 21 Epting Realty, Hamburg since 2001 and a member of Berks County Board of Realtors. Gertrude was a member of the Mohrsville Church of the Brethren. Her three children, Paul Thomas Haas and Emily K. Haas both of Lenhartsville and Kathleen E. Haas, Allentown and three sisters, Elizabeth Godshall, Mary Ellen Nyce and Mildred Kotitzsky, survive Gert. Funeral services will be held on Monday at 12:00 noon in the Burkey & Driscoll Funeral Home, Inc., 40 S. Fourth Street, Hamburg. A viewing will be held from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon..
