Gerald J. Sullivan

Gerald J. Sullivan, 86, died March 7 at 5:45 p.m. in his residence on Reading Avenue, West Reading.

He was the husband of Bessie L. (Isett) Sullivan.

Born in Reading, he was a son of the late Gerald and Florence (Impink) Sullivan.

Sullivan was employed for 37 years as a machinist by Textile Machine Works, Wyomissing, retiring in 1968. He was the owner of the Reliable Window Cleaning Service, West Reading, from 1962 to 1985.

He is also survived by a son, Jeffrey L., at home; and a daughter, Jeanne L. (Sullivan) Fink, West Lawn.

Other survivors include a brother, Francis, Pottstown; and three sisters: Mary (Sullivan) Palm, Exeter Township; Helen Sullivan, Reading; and Betty (Sullivan) Michael, Temple.

There are also two grandchildren.

Services will be Thursday at 1:30 p.m. in the Edward J. Kuhn Funeral Home Inc., West Reading. Burial will be in Forest Hills Memorial Park, Reiffton.
