Georgia L. (Fenter) Sampson, 91, formerly of Aston, Delaware County and Wichita, KS, died January 8, 2007 at 2:25 am in her Maidencreek Township residence.

She was the widow of Robert H. Sampson, who died September 16, 1999.

Born January 4, 1916 in Anthony, KS., she was a daughter of the late Marcus L. and Ora D. (Houser) Fenter.

She was a 1934 graduate of Anthony High School and a 1939 graduate of Emporia State Teacher's College.

Georgia was a member of Aston Presbyterian Church where she was a deacon and elder.

She was a life member of Girl Scouts of America; Presbyterian Women and Presbyterian Mariners.

Georgia worked as a Mariner in Mission, completing 28 projects.

She was a volunteer with Meals on Wheels.

Georgia is survived by two sons, Roger Sampson of Augusta, KS and Randall Sampson of Glen Riddle, PA.

She is also survived by three daughters, Cheryl Sweley of Garden City, KS, Jan Clemens of Concho, AZ and Christa Gebely of Leesport.

There are also 10 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.

She was predeceased by a daughter, Melodee Sampson.

Memorial Services will be celebrated Saturday February 3rd at 11:00 am in Aston Presbyterian Church, 2401 Baldwin Run Rd., Aston, PA 19014.
