George Applegate
George Applegate, 84 of Maidencreek Township died on March 11, 2008 at Kutztown Manor.
He was the husband of LaVerne Ida (Burkhart) Applegate.
He was born on April 25, 1924 in New Jersey.
In addition, he is survived by a daughter, Gan (Applegate) Tarpey of Phillipsburg, NJ; a step-son Thomas E. Grookett of Laureldale and a step-daughter, Sharen L. (Grookett) Wixon of Shillington; 2 step grandchildren and 2 step great-grandchildren.
Walter R. Christ Funeral Home, Inc., Laureldale is in charge of arrangements.
