Gary L. Snyder

Gary Lee Snyder, 55, was pronounced dead of natural causes August 14, 2008 in his Kenhorst residence.

Born August 14, 1953 in West Reading, he was a son of the late John and Elizabeth (Buck) Snyder.

He was a 1971 graduate of Reading High School.

Gary was a self employed carpenter for many years and was also a former owner/operator of The Cemetery Inn, Reading.

He is survived by his wife, Diane L. (Antinozzi) Snyder and his children, Luke C. Snyder, of Kenhorst and Kimberly A. Snyder, of Philadelphia.

Other survivors include six siblings, Terry Snyder, of Hamburg; Robert Splain of Florida; Diana (Snyder) Minnich, Wernersville; Deborah (Snyder) Strouse, of Danville; Elaine (Snyder) Gross, of Bloomsburg and Brenda (Snyder) Szekeres, of Harrisburg.

A Memorial Service will be held Wednesday at 6 p.m. in Edward J. Kuhn Funeral Home, Inc., 739 Penn Avenue, West Reading. A visitation will be held one hour before the service.
