Frederick L. Reicheneder

Frederick Lawrence Reicheneder, Jr., 82, of Muhlenberg Township, died October 19, 2007 in the Reading Hospital, where he had been since October 2, 2007.

He was married for 60 years to the late Betty Jane (Dunlap) Reicheneder, who died January 2, 2007.

Born in West Reading on May 22, 1925, he was a son of the late Frederick L. Sr. and Marie (Fretz) Reicheneder.

He attended Denver High School, Lancaster County.

Frederick was a Navy Veteran of WWII.

He was self employed for 50 years, owning Reicheneder's Upholstery, Muhlenberg Township, retiring in 2004.

Frederick is survived by a brother, Donald Feltenberger of Rehoboth Beach, Delaware and two sisters, Ethel Blecker of Wernersville and Betty Jane Oliver of Honalulu, Hawaii.

There are also several nieces and nephews surviving.

Services will be Thursday at 1:30 pm in Walter R. Christ Funeral Home, Inc., 3300 Kutztown Rd., Laureldale, with the Rev. Jeffrey A. Raffauf officiating. Burial will be in Forest Hills Memorial Park, Exeter Township.
